About the role
- Independently manages medium scale projects that are significant in scope
- Ensures projects remain on time/within budget and certifies project goals are met
- Collaborates with project teams, functional owners, and project sponsors
- Supports and executes full project life cycle to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develops and manages overall project plans
- Drafts project deliverables
- Maintains ownership during all phases of a project
- Provides project and departmental status reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degree
- Two (2) years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- One (1) year of banking or financial services experience (preferred)
- Ability to create and deliver influential large scale project communications with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
