About the role
- You take responsibility across the entire sales process:
- You handle incoming leads and develop them further
- You proactively build new customer relationships through cold outreach and networking
- You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
- You prepare proposals and guide potential customers through to contract signing
- You diligently log all activities in our CRM system
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
- Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
- Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
- Nice to have: experience with the CRM system "HubSpot"
- Industry knowledge in rental or leasing business (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment)
