Program Manager

• Supervise a team of 4 Project Managers, 1 Advisor, 2 Specialists and 2 Co-op Students
• Lead the team managing decision support systems and data management
• Leads vulnerability and risk assessment studies of Region’s water/wastewater Transmission/Collection system
• Lead infrastructure design reviews related to reduction of Wastewater Inflow and Infiltration program and Water service/pressure improvements
• Key member supporting the development of the Region’s Water Program Capital Budget forecasting for future infrastructure, state of good repair and Feasibility Studies
• Identify and initiates new business requirements to improve current practices and better assess infrastructure needs.
• Keeps continually educated on emerging technologies and changing regulations
• Provide front-line supervision, coaching, mentoring and resolve team conflicts
• Responsible for providing support through data, GIS and hydraulic modeling in identifying, developing water program infrastructure budgets and identifying asset management needs
• Leads the development and management of the flow monitoring program and rainfall monitoring
• Provides direct supervision to the hydraulic modeling team, data Leads project teams provide data and support to the team that conduct Environmental Assessments, Feasibility, SOGR, and Water technology studies to support water program initiatives
• Review and implement new and existing business processes within the water and wastewater data management program
• Monitor and ensure technical application tools for the section are adequate and provide the necessary service to internal stakeholders
• Build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders and resolve enquiries

Program Manager, Infrastructure Planning and Studies

Manager

• Oversees a portfolio of Transitional and Residential Housing properties, ensuring consistent, high‑quality operations and maintenance.
• Makes day‑to‑day operational decisions and coordinates communications across sites.
• Ensures buildings meet standards for maintenance, cleanliness, safety, appearance, and customer service in a cost‑effective manner.
• Monitors site activities and building operations through regular inspections and reporting.
• Promotes successful tenancies through effective tenancy management, community engagement, and service partnerships.
• Supports compliance with all applicable legislation and service delivery requirements.
• Oversees all contractor work on site, including performance monitoring, invoice management, and detailed inspection reporting.
• Maintains strong relationships with vendors and sector organizations such as OMSSA, ONPHA, and SHSC.
• Builds partnerships with neighbourhoods, community agencies, and social groups to support community development and tenant well‑being.
• Prepares annual operating budgets for each site and monitors monthly expenditures to ensure alignment with best practices and budget limits.
• Produces monthly and ad‑hoc operational and financial reports, including site activity updates and variance analyses.
• Assists in planning and developing capital investments related to building assets.
• Identifies resource requirements to support long‑term operational and financial sustainability in collaboration with the Manager of Housing Operations and Tenancy Management.
• Leads a multi‑disciplinary team through recruitment, coaching, performance management, delegation, and professional development.
• Ensures team objectives, service standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.
• Assists the Manager in developing property management procedures and support materials such as superintendent manuals.
• Contributes to community renewal initiatives and operational improvement programs.

Residential Property Manager

Collections

• Engage with utility customers using the Five9 softphone system to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries
• Investigate and review account issues, providing timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving problems related to overdue water and wastewater accounts through various communication channels such as telephone, email
• Generate, review, validate pre-tax letters for mailing to customers with accounts in arrears
• Review and process account adjustments on the billing system (CCBCS) to facilitate the collections process
• Prepare Certificate of Arrears as requested by lawyers’ offices to validate the account status
• Evaluate and respond to customer requests for payment arrangements by assessing and determining account eligibility
• Identify, research, and resolve account discrepancies in collaboration with the team lead and/or the supervisor for solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to process account adjustments, including refunds, payment transfers and other related tasks
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries regarding delinquent account issues while adhering to Regional policies, by-laws and procedures
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service, while managing difficult customer interactions
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Collections Representative – Utility Receivables

Events

• Provide support for organizing Public Education & Outreach’s participation in outreach events
• Educate residents on Peel’s Public Works programs and initiatives
• Use promotional pamphlets, videos, props, and other tools provided to enhance message delivery
• Set up and take down booths and or displays for scheduled events
• Load and unload the Peel van with tables, chairs, displays, literature, and any other materials needed for an event
• Organize and keep inventory of materials needed for events
• Assist with the compiling of data from events which will be used to assess the performance and effectiveness of education programs
• Provide support for the Peel Children's Water Festival
• Complete other office work and duties as required.

Special Events Assistant

Account Manager

• You will be responsible to collect, analyze, and contextualize community-level data and information related to Community Investment Funding and provide expert advice and recommendations to our external and internal partners to influence funding, strategic plans, policies, long-term goals, and Regional priorities.
• You will also develop tools and resources that will strengthen the non-profit sector’s ability to be innovative in local service delivery planning to ensure Peel residents have access to Community Investment funding that meets increased demand and ensure access for those most vulnerable.
• Provides expert guidance, support, and implementation of the Community Investment Program Funding administration through GovGrants online granting portal.
• Supports the implementation and evaluation of the Community Investment fund – Food Security Fund, B3 Fund & Core Fund.
• Work collaboratively with the Community Partnerships, Community Engagement Team and other internal Human Services stakeholders.
• Prepares complex and specialised documentation, reports and statistical analysis relating to the Community Development Unit, Community Investment Program, and related Divisional programs.
• Gathers and analyzes program outcomes and associated performance measures, as well as information trends, issues, gaps and statistics for planning and reporting purposes.
• Monitors and evaluates programs and services to assess their impact and to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborates with and provides subject matter expertise on projects with internal and external partners; participates in working groups and committees; and liaises with other service managers, community stakeholders and provincial/federal partners as required.
• Supports the regular evaluation of other funding programs to ensure Peel’s program maintains and supports the broader Peel funding strategy.
• Leads the development of new tools, measures and enhancements in order to evaluate the success of community programs.
• Collects, analyzes and evaluates data and its impacts on the Human Services needs in Peel and develops relevant recommendations for improvements.
• Builds and maintains collaborative and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides expert interpretation of legislation and government programs relevant to Divisional programs.
• Prepares and delivers presentations to various groups both internal and external to Peel.
• Guides the coordination of learning events which requires collaborating or obtaining consensus with a variety of internal and external resources.
