About the role
- Bring expert Microsoft Platform development experience to the Microsoft Platform team ensuring that the delivered solutions meet effectively and efficiently the information and process automation requirements of the client.
- Resolve complex problems in the technical environment and mentor Developers on technical matters.
- Function as Microsoft Solutions Analyst, translating requirements into overall functional design including all components, integration specifications, and reporting.
- Design and develop SharePoint and Power Platform Solutions based on client requirements.
- Document and manage solutions using DevOps.
- Using the Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI Foundry, design and develop complex AI Agents and solutions built on the Microsoft Platform.
- Provide in-depth senior level technical knowledge to resolve complex problems.
- Monitor new SharePoint, Power Platform and Microsoft suite for features and functionality and ensure changes are properly communicated and tested.
- Create sites, lists, views, forms, SharePoint Designer Workflows, and web parts.
- Build and maintain PowerApp and Power Automate workflows including utilizing Dataverse for Model Driven Solutions.
- Work with clients and project team to confirm detailed architecture for complex solutions based on established architectural standards.
Requirements
- University or college graduate in computer science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years SharePoint development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Progressive technical knowledge and knowledge of best practices in IT service delivery such as SDLC, PMBOK, COBIT, and ITIL; certification in these areas will be considered an asset
- Expert knowledge in SharePoint Online, M365, MS Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerShell, Python, GraphAPI, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry
- Proficiency in building solutions using Power Platform and integrating M365 and Third-Party connectors using tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience building PowerApps and Workflows including integration with network databases.
- Azure Developer Associate, PowerPlatform Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate Certifications.
- Able to travel to various regional locations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, on-call rotation and/or shift work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and foster partnerships with clients, technical team, and management in an audience-friendly manner.
