About the role

  • Planning and conducting data protection audits in coordination with Group Data Protection
  • Identifying data protection deficiencies
  • Preparing audit reports
  • Monitoring corrective actions and conducting follow-up audits
  • Regular reporting to Group Data Protection, particularly regarding existing risks

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Law, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally experience as an auditor
  • Preferably certified as a data protection specialist and/or as an auditor, e.g., GDDCert, BvD, TÜV, CISA/ISACA
  • Basic knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
  • Structured approach with goal- and result-orientation
  • Good English skills in addition to German
