About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning and conducting data protection audits in coordination with Group Data Protection
- Identifying data protection deficiencies
- Preparing audit reports
- Monitoring corrective actions and conducting follow-up audits
- Regular reporting to Group Data Protection, particularly regarding existing risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Law, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience as an auditor
- Preferably certified as a data protection specialist and/or as an auditor, e.g., GDDCert, BvD, TÜV, CISA/ISACA
- Basic knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
- Structured approach with goal- and result-orientation
- Good English skills in addition to German
