About the role
- You develop and lead a team of customer advisors and sales specialists in a home-office (remote) setup
- You are responsible for team results, monitoring performance and deriving/implementing corrective actions when targets are not met
- Virtual presence with the remote team, maintaining daily contact with team members
- Regularly conduct virtual team meetings, coaching sessions and one-on-one employee meetings
- Develop ideas and proposals for the continuous optimization of work processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience in team/employee management
- Solid expertise in customer contact management and sales
- Ideally, experience leading teams remotely
- Ambitious — you always keep your goals in focus
- Goal-oriented, self-directed and pragmatic working style with strong self-organization
- Independent, solution-oriented and cost-conscious approach to achieve defined objectives
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Preferably an affinity for sales work
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of responsibility
- Confident in using digital tools and collaboration technologies
