About the role
- Customer advice and customer service come first — not only over the phone; you’ll also get variety through written correspondence, all inbound!
- Handling customer requests related to payment rate changes, annual consumption billing, meter reading notifications, master data updates and tariff inquiries
- Recording and updating customer data (including master data, billing-relevant data, etc.)
Requirements
- Communicative and proficient in German at C1 level.
- Independent and conscientious working style.
- Empathetic and solution-oriented when addressing customer concerns.
- Enjoy advising customers and take pleasure in optimizing customer satisfaction.
- Reside in Salzwedel or the surrounding area.
