About the role
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing — all inbound
- You resolve customer inquiries related to: new contracts and master data changes, supplier switches, electricity and gas connections, tariff upgrades, identifying sales opportunities and providing appropriate advice
- Careful documentation in the system
- You are THE service partner and bring a smile to your customers' faces.
Requirements
- You are communicative and fluent in German at C1/C2 level.
- You are confident using PCs and common software applications.
- A structured, reliable working style is your thing — combined with excellent customer advice!
- Motivation and willingness to learn — career changers welcome.
- You live in Salzwedel or the surrounding area.
