  • You support our customers by phone and in writing — covering contracts, tariffs and billing.
  • You respond to service inquiries about tariffs, products and services.
  • You maintain customer data in our systems.

Requirements

  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and are confident with common PC applications.
  • You enjoy advising people and resolving customer concerns.
  • You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You want to develop professionally and value good collaboration.
  • You have an affinity for customers and the energy sector.
  • You work independently and conscientiously.
