  • You take the lead – by making proactive phone calls you bring our electricity offers directly to our existing customers
  • You conduct conversations that make an impact – friendly, persuasive and always with the goal of placing the right tariff
  • You identify opportunities – and use them to turn interest into enthusiasm and enthusiasm into a sale
  • You document your conversations in a structured way so your success is visible in the system

Requirements

  • You have a passion for sales – whether you are experienced or a motivated career-changer with a talent for selling
  • Communication is your strength – you choose the right words and persuade with a positive phone manner
  • You think in solutions rather than problems and enjoy actively inspiring people
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented way and keep track even during a high volume of calls
  • You are willing to learn and keen to develop further to succeed together with the team
  • You speak and write German fluently.
