- You take the lead – with proactive phone calls you present our electricity offers directly to our existing customers
- You conduct conversations that make a real impact – friendly, persuasive and always focused on placing the right tariff
- You identify opportunities – and use them to turn interest into enthusiasm and enthusiasm into a sale
- You document your calls in a structured way so that your success is visible in the system
Requirements
- Sales is in your blood – whether you have experience or are a motivated career changer with a talent for selling
- Communication is your strength – you choose the right words and persuade with a positive presence on the phone
- You think in solutions rather than problems and enjoy actively inspiring people
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented way and keep an overview even when handling many calls
- You are willing to learn and keen to develop professionally to succeed together with the team
- You speak and write German confidently
