About the role
- Handle customer inquiries on the hotline effectively
- Troubleshoot internet and landline issues
- Maintain customer data
- Support and advise existing customers
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills (C1–C2)
- Enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis
- Ability to listen actively to customers
