About the role
- Customer advice and customer service are the top priority
- Variety including handling written correspondence — all inbound!
- Handling customer inquiries regarding payment installment adjustments, annual consumption billing, and meter reading reports
- Recording and updating customer data (including master data, billing-relevant information, etc.)
Requirements
- Communicative and proficient in German at C1 level
- Able to work independently and conscientiously
- Empathetic and solution-oriented when addressing customer concerns
- Resident in Potsdam or the surrounding area
