About the role

Customer advice and customer service are the top priority and not only over the phone - you'll also enjoy variety through written correspondence; all inbound!
Handling customer inquiries regarding changes to advance payments, annual consumption billing and meter reading submissions, updates to master data and questions about tariffs
Recording and adjusting customer data (including master data, billing-relevant data, etc.).

You are communicative and have German language skills at C1 level.
Independent and conscientious working is essential to you.
You are empathetic and respond to customer concerns in a solution-oriented manner.
You live in Salzwedel or the surrounding area.
