About the role

  • You receive incoming customer calls (no outbound).
  • You assist with technical questions related to Internet & TV, supported by tools.
  • You retain customers by providing excellent support.
  • You advise customers on plans and suitable solutions.
  • You document your conversations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Very good German skills (C1)
  • Enthusiasm for communication and customer service
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus — not required
  • Motivation, willingness to learn, and goal orientation
  • Proficient with PC and CRM systems
  • Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach — even during difficult conversations
