About the role

  • Provide telephone and written customer support in German
  • Handle customer inquiries (personal data updates, invoice clarification, tariff advice and optimization, contract renewals, and cross-selling of fixed-line products)
  • Advise customers on suitable options and upgrades

Requirements

  • Strong German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1)
  • Proficient with common PC applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable and confident making phone calls
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented
