About the role
- Provide telephone and written customer support in German
- Handle customer inquiries (personal data updates, invoice clarification, tariff advice and optimization, contract renewals, and cross-selling of fixed-line products)
- Advise customers on suitable options and upgrades
Requirements
- Strong German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1)
- Proficient with common PC applications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable and confident making phone calls
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
