About the role

  • Responsible for the individual development of customer advisors' sales skills
  • Ensure that knowledge from sales trainings is successfully applied in practice
  • Identify training needs for customer advisors within the outbound campaigns you oversee
  • Identify process-design improvement opportunities in the supported outbound campaigns
  • Develop and coordinate recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Deliver short training sessions and coaching for customer advisors

Requirements

  • Completed coach training/certification with several years of professional experience
  • Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level) and confident use of common IT systems
  • Strong process understanding and a basic grasp of technical and commercial/business workflows
  • High level of independence and self-motivation
  • Strong communication skills, including feedback competence
