About the role
- Responsible for the individual development of customer advisors' sales skills
- Ensure that knowledge from sales trainings is successfully applied in practice
- Identify training needs for customer advisors within the outbound campaigns you oversee
- Identify process-design improvement opportunities in the supported outbound campaigns
- Develop and coordinate recommendations for campaign optimization
- Deliver short training sessions and coaching for customer advisors
Requirements
- Completed coach training/certification with several years of professional experience
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1 level) and confident use of common IT systems
- Strong process understanding and a basic grasp of technical and commercial/business workflows
- High level of independence and self-motivation
- Strong communication skills, including feedback competence
