About the role
- You handle incoming customer calls (no cold calling!).
- You assist with technical questions related to Internet & TV.
- You persuade customers to remain with us (winback).
- You advise on tariffs and suitable solutions.
- You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent German skills (C1)
- Strong enthusiasm for communication and customer service
- Inbound sales experience is a plus — not required
- Motivated, willing to learn, and goal-oriented
- Confident user of PCs and CRM systems
- Calm, friendly and solution-oriented approach — even during difficult conversations
