About the role
- Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned customer projects
- Lead and develop the overhead team
- Manage key performance indicators and ensure compliance with company and project requirements
- Make decisions on planning, control and project strategy
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the project budget
- Maintain and expand customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business education
- Several years of experience managing staff
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management
- Team player
- Negotiation skills
- Assertiveness and ability to inspire and motivate
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level)
- Very proficient in common PC applications (Microsoft Excel and Word)
