About the role
- Plan tasks and monitor KPIs within projects
- Attend meetings to plan and allocate the team's capacities and tasks accordingly
- Maintain oversight of data and process quality and initiate appropriate adjustments when needed
- Create and define new processes, adapt and improve existing ones, and ensure that processes and policies required by the applicable ISO standards are followed at the locations
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Certification as a Quality Manager is an advantage
- Experience in project management and in implementing and monitoring processes is an advantage
- Very structured working approach with high quality standards
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills at all levels
