About the role

  • Customers contact you — no cold calling.
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them with questions about our Vodafone products and services.
  • You resolve customer issues confidently and empathetically via various communication channels such as phone, SMS and email.
  • Through your outstanding support you help build strong customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Your positive demeanor and enthusiasm are contagious and make you a true service champion.
  • You are passionate about telecommunications and are skilled at promoting products.
  • You work independently and place high value on the quality of your work.
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level).
  • Confident use of common PC applications is a matter of course for you.
