About the role
- Customers contact you — no cold calling.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them with questions about our Vodafone products and services.
- You resolve customer issues confidently and empathetically via various communication channels such as phone, SMS and email.
- Through your outstanding support you help build strong customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Your positive demeanor and enthusiasm are contagious and make you a true service champion.
- You are passionate about telecommunications and are skilled at promoting products.
- You work independently and place high value on the quality of your work.
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level).
- Confident use of common PC applications is a matter of course for you.
