About the role
- You bring a smile to your customers' faces.
- You assist our customers by phone and in writing — covering contracts, tariffs and invoices.
- You respond to service inquiries about tariffs, products and services.
- You maintain customer data in our systems.
- With your commitment you help ensure our customers remain satisfied and feel well advised.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German and confident use of common PC applications.
- You enjoy advising people and resolving customer concerns.
- You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think solution-oriented.
- You want to develop professionally and value good teamwork.
- You have an affinity for customers and the energy sector.
- You work independently and conscientiously.
