About the role
- Responsible for the successful delivery of the client projects under your supervision
- Lead and develop the overhead team
- Manage KPIs in line with company and project objectives
- Make decisions on planning, control, and project strategy
- Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets
- Maintain and expand client relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent
- Several years of experience in managing employees
- Proven expertise in customer contact management (CRM)
- Team player with strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to motivate others
- Independent, solution-oriented, and commercially minded working style
- Strong focus on achieving targets with attention to employee and customer satisfaction
- Interest in optimizing work processes
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
