About the role
- Handle customer inquiries on the hotline effectively
- Troubleshoot internet and landline faults
- Maintain customer data
- Support and advise existing customers
Requirements
- Very good German skills (C1–C2)
- Enjoy daily customer contact
- Ability to listen actively to customers
- Empathy, friendliness and respect
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Basic PC skills (we’ll teach you the rest)
