About the role

  • You are responsible for establishing and expanding strategic customer relationships for customer service, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors.
  • You identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies and successfully implement them — from initial contact to contract signing.
  • You leverage your existing network in the financial industry to establish new contacts and initiate sustainable partnerships.
  • You monitor market and industry trends to develop tailored solutions and innovative customer-care concepts for your clients.
  • You work closely with Inside Sales, Marketing, Operations and Account Management to optimally meet customer needs and successfully deliver projects.
  • You represent regiocom at industry events, trade fairs and networking occasions.
  • You prepare regular reports and forecasts and develop growth strategies for your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business, communications or a related field
  • Several years of experience in customer service and/or sales with or for banks, insurance companies or financial service providers
  • Existing network and reliable contacts within the financial industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence at decision‑maker level
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and a results-oriented approach
  • Experience with social selling and digital sales approaches (e.g., LinkedIn, Xing)
  • High self-motivation, goal orientation, flexibility and team spirit
  • Excellent German (C2) and good written and spoken English
