About the role
- Plan tasks and monitor KPIs within projects
- Participate in meetings to plan and allocate team capacities and tasks accordingly
- Maintain oversight of data and process quality and initiate appropriate adjustments when necessary
- Create and define new processes, adapt and improve existing ones, and ensure that processes and policies of the relevant ISO standards are followed at the sites
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Certification as a Quality Manager is an advantage
- Experience in project management and in implementing and monitoring processes is a plus
- Very structured way of working with a strong commitment to quality
- Excellent presentation and moderation/facilitation skills at all levels
