About the role
- You bring a smile to customers' faces
- Provide advice on contracts, bills and tariffs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by working with customers to develop effective solutions
- Proactively identify and offer valuable add-on services and optimizations
- Accurately document contacts and outcomes in the system
Requirements
- Experience in telephone-based customer service
- Very good to native-level German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic commercial understanding and a strong sales orientation
- Flexibility, teamwork and self-motivation
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong communication skills and conflict-management ability
- Persuasiveness and clear verbal expression
