About the role
- Responsible for the successful execution of assigned customer projects
- Lead and develop the overhead team within your area of responsibility
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to company and project targets
- Make decisions on planning, control and project strategy
- Continuously monitor adherence to the budget
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business qualification
- Several years' experience in managing staff
- Solid expertise in customer relationship management
- Strong teamwork skills
- Negotiation skills
- Assertiveness and the ability to motivate others
- Able to work independently, solution-oriented and with a commercial mindset
- Strong focus on achieving targets
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
- Highly proficient with standard PC applications (Microsoft Excel and Word)
