About the role
- You bring a smile to your customers' faces.
- You handle telephone and written customer inquiries related to contracts, tariffs and billing.
- You answer questions about electricity and gas connections, assist with the use of online portals, and accept fault reports.
- You provide advice on existing contracts and, if needed, on additional related matters.
Requirements
- Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage.
- Very good to native German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Confident PC skills.
- Basic commercial understanding and a healthy sales affinity.
- Flexibility, teamwork and self-motivation.
