About the role

  • Telephone and written customer consultation in German
  • Handling customer inquiries (changes to master data, invoice clarification, tariff advice and optimization, contract renewals and cross-selling of fixed-line products)
  • Advising on attractive options and upgrades tailored to customers' needs

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (min. C1)
  • Confident using common PC applications
  • Communicative
  • Enjoys making phone calls
  • Puts the customer at the center of their work
