Requirements
- You can inspire people and explain complex topics clearly (very good German skills: C1)
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent
- Several years of experience in people management
- You think commercially and find solutions before others spot problems
- You listen attentively but can also make clear decisions
- You understand what customers need — and how to exceed expectations
- You maintain an overview even when things get hectic
