About the role
- Set up the Spanish Immunology entity to produce sales for the Dermatology business
- Lead territory, ensure professional account planning and management of key accounts
- Implement professional targeting & segmentation approach
- Establish and lead high quality HCP interactions; keep scientific knowledge up to date
- Deliver brand value proposition to HCPs and present key messages in line with good practice
- Work in alignment with the Spanish Brand Plan and develop local account plan based on data and insights
- Collaborate with medical colleagues to implement regional programs supporting HCP needs
- Leverage all communication channels including digital to optimize customer engagement
Requirements
- minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology
- 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector
- Dermatology experience and experience working as part of an alliance are desirable
- field based role with high travel requirements
- driver's license required
- Conversational English is desirable
