About the role

  • Set up the Spanish Immunology entity to produce sales for the Dermatology business
  • Lead territory ensuring professional account planning and management of all key accounts
  • Implement a professional targeting & segmentation approach
  • Establish and lead high quality HCP interactions and keep scientific knowledge up to date
  • Deliver the value proposition for the brand through key message communication to HCPs
  • Work in alignment with the Spanish Brand Plan and develop, implement and report on local account plans based on data and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and support HCP needs
  • Leverage all communication channels, including digital, to achieve share of voice in the market

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector
  • Dermatology experience desirable
  • Experience working as part of an alliance desirable
  • Field based role with high travel requirements
  • Driver's license required
  • Conversational English is desirable
  • Committed to working in teams and partnerships
  • Ability to balance multiple channels (F2F, remote calls, approved e-mails, digital communication platforms)
