Accelerate revenue growth and business development in the EU market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing and customer success
Contribute to and execute business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizations
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirements
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients
Partner with marketing to manage and nurture leads
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
Lead contract negotiations and close deals
Work with presales to develop client proposals
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor or equivalent degree required
At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaS
Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives
Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficient in Salesforce etc
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
