Financial Planning and Analysis

• Handle day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting support
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
• Responsible for the preparation of Accounts Receivable & Payable on a timely basis
• Liaise with creditors and debtors when required
• Leverage digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflows within processes
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure expenses are accurately recorded and allocated to the correct business units, and support budget tracking and cost management across the organisation.
• Perform any other task as assigned by the Accounts Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
