About the role
- RegASK: AI-driven solution enabling end-to-end intelligent regulatory workflow orchestration for global regulatory compliance
- Role: US Account Executive to accelerate revenue growth and business development
- Contribute to and execute business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizations
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirements and pain points
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
- Partner with marketing to manage and nurture leads
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow up and conversion
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals
- Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success and regulatory content teams to align solutions with client needs
- Work with presales to develop client proposals
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities to senior management using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent degree required
- At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaS
- Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
- Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives
- Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficient in Salesforce etc
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
- Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
