About the role

  • RegASK: AI-driven solution enabling end-to-end intelligent regulatory workflow orchestration for global regulatory compliance
  • Role: US Account Executive to accelerate revenue growth and business development
  • Contribute to and execute business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizations
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirements and pain points
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
  • Partner with marketing to manage and nurture leads
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow up and conversion
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success and regulatory content teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Work with presales to develop client proposals
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities to senior management using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required
  • At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaS
  • Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
  • Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
  • Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in Salesforce etc
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
