About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide engineering leadership to advance the combustion business strategic plans
- Partner with product management and business team to execute product strategies
- Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team for the development of combustion blower solutions
- Oversee engineering resources and manage technical risks
- Drive alignment of engineering teams by setting performance goals
- Balance sustaining product support and new product introduction commitments
- Collaborate with global teams to identify solutions and leverage technologies
- Foster an environment for continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence
- Attract and develop high potential talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS or Masters in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years professional experience
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work successfully in a team environment
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on internal and external teams
- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating working relationships with all levels of personnel.
