About the role

  • The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the design and production of B2B marketing materials across print and digital channels, in support of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in collaboration in executing targeted go-to-market (GTM) plans for the business portfolio, covering market assessments, brand strategy, segmentation, and programs to drive lead generation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Independently design and produce production-ready marketing assets across print and digital including brochures, sell sheets, trade show booth graphics, and event displays.
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Support motion graphics and short-form video assets to support digital campaigns and social channels.
  • Build, deploy, and monitor email campaigns and marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or Pardot.
  • Track and report on campaign and creative performance using Google Analytics and reporting dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on B2B marketing trends, design best practices, and industry developments in the manufacturing and industrial space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience to include an understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
  • Working knowledge of the buyers journey, customer lifecycle, design best practices, and other social media and internet marketing best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools to evaluate creative and campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environment (preferred).
  • Motion graphics or video production experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience designing for trade show and event environments (large-format print, booth displays) (preferred).
  • Marketing-related certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) and Master's degree or progress toward a Master's degree (preferred).
