About the role

  • Understand Regal Rexnord SAP Global Template and provide solutions to ensure strong alignment between business requirements and application solutions.
  • Evaluate, design, plan, configure and deliver effective solutions within Finance and Controlling.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of data, processes, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Lead business process and master data redesign ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
  • Develop strong SAP user community through end user training, support, and knowledge sharing.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and create the configuration rationale.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting issues.
  • Design, test and deploy the technical components required for successful SAP solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of SAP ECC 6.0 experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
  • Experience in the SAP Finance & Controlling module with configuration and technical knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementation/integration experience.
  • Strong SAP cross value stream integration understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation skills, including process narratives and business requirement categorization.
  • Experience in technical requirements documents and solution design documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end flows in accounting transactions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.
