About the role
- Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and drives revenue growth in the Europe region
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collect and report information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market
- Lead Sales function in EMEAI region - mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team
- Manage the sales budget, optimizing resource allocation and investment strategies to meet annually/monthly targets
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related is preffered
- At least 10 years of commercial experience with a demonstrated ability to increase market share
- At least 10 years of leadership experience with global responsibility
- Proven experience leading the implementation of substantial change initiatives
- Experience within the Motion control or automation industry is preferred
- Exceptional communications skills (persuasive and influential)
- International experience including U.S. and Europe preferred
- Moderate to heavy travel is required
