About the role

  • Building the HR infrastructure and processes for a new site, following RRX guidelines and framework
  • Leading talent acquisition efforts to build a skilled, engaged workforce
  • Establishing and championing RRX culture, values, and best practices
  • Serving as a strategic partner to leadership on all people-related initiatives
  • Managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from recruitment through employee relations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Technical Capabilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Kronos, etc.)
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for deductive reasoning and problem-solving
