About the role
- Building the HR infrastructure and processes for a new site, following RRX guidelines and framework
- Leading talent acquisition efforts to build a skilled, engaged workforce
- Establishing and championing RRX culture, values, and best practices
- Serving as a strategic partner to leadership on all people-related initiatives
- Managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from recruitment through employee relations
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Technical Capabilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Kronos, etc.)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for deductive reasoning and problem-solving

- Excellent organizational skills with a sense of urgency and bias toward action
