Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering degree, or a related field.
Graduation date of Winter 2026 or later.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Prior internship or work experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in team environments and with all levels of the organization
Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional team environment
Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues that are identified through the manufacturing process.
