About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end customer delivery from kickoff to go-live
Manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
Define success metrics for AI Agent deployments
Partner closely with Product, AI, and Customer Success teams
Define and continuously refine Regal’s playbook for implementation excellence
Drive growth by owning revenue-generating initiatives and expanding AI adoption
Expect to travel ~1 week per month for key customer launches

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or product leadership roles
Experienced in managing enterprise customer deployments, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives
Commercially minded with understanding of successful deployments
Strong analytical skills to inform decisions, define success metrics
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Relentless ownership mindset and hands-on when needed
Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, and light-coding experience (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
