💰 $110,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Play a hands-on role driving Regal.ai’s GTM strategy, storytelling, and enablement for the AI voice platform
- Own LLM and voice provider partnerships and manage partner relationships
- Support product positioning, messaging, and GTM for new features, including announcements, enablement, and demand-gen support
- Equip Sales, CS, and Support with knowledge, demo assets, and competitive insights
- Produce and support case studies, webinars, blogs, videos, and two self-authored thought leadership pieces per week
- Conduct competitor research and track AI/LLM trends
- Develop deep product understanding and partner with product team to create videos and collateral translating technical features into customer value
Requirements
- 1-3 years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or related experience in B2B SaaS (AI, ML, or voice tech background preferred)
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts such as prompting, RAG, SIP, and AI agent workflows
- Comfortable coordinating with customers, running internal demos, and explaining how features work
- Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and technical content across multiple formats
- Familiarity with AI/LLM trends and competitive dynamics in the enterprise SaaS landscape
- Organized and able to manage multiple launches, partnerships, and content streams simultaneously
- Comfortable presenting internally and creating content for external audiences
- Willingness to work hybrid in New York City (HQ - NoMad); in-office Tues/Wed/Thu (office optional Mon/Fri)
