About the role

  • Support the Legal team on a variety of projects and tasks
  • Support internal contract management, compliance initiatives, and legal research projects
  • Prepare memoranda or briefs on assigned legal questions
  • Assist in drafting internal policies and guidelines
  • Support the Legal team in responding to internal inquiries
  • Assist in preparing training materials and presentations
  • Draft summaries, reports, and slide decks for the Legal team
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Currently studying Law or Business Law at an Austrian university
  • Ideally in the later stages of a Bachelor's degree or enrolled in a Master's program
  • Solid knowledge of civil law (completion of specialized civil law exams such as FÜM II or MP in civil law preferred)
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to present complex legal matters concisely and accurately
  • Hands-on mentality, broad interest in legal topics and willingness to engage in diverse projects
  • Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
  • A reliable team player who takes pride in their work
  • Eagerness to learn and understand company and business processes
