About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate manufacturing needs into MES solutions, ensuring accurate SAP–MES integration
Support configuration and testing
Provide ongoing production support and continuous improvement
Optimize the MES environment to ensure seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT
Ensure planning requirements are correctly translated into SAP-based solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
Five (5) plus years of experience implementing MES systems
Three (3) plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience with S4 and/or professional certification
Experience participating in change management for an organization preferred
Experience with MES Systems: SAP ME/MII, Siemens Opcenter, Wonderware/AVEVA, DELMIA Apriso, or equivalent
Experience with SAP Integration: BAPI, IDoc, RFCs, SAP MII, SAP Plant Connectivity
Experience with Databases & Analytics: SQL, relational databases & data mapping
Experience with Automation & Shop-Floor Systems: PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors, OPC UA connectivity
Experience Programming / Scripting: Python, Java, VBScript, or equivalent for MES configuration or automation
Experience with or Certification in Process Improvement: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE analysis, workflow optimization
Experience as a power user of SAP’s BDC tools such as Datasphere, SAC, BW or similar
