About the role

  • Lead and develop IT teams, promoting organization, planning, and consistent management rituals;
  • Continuously monitor the department's activities to ensure alignment with business demands;
  • Serve as the interface between IT and other company areas, translating business needs into technology solutions;
  • Manage the company's infrastructure, including cloud environments and information security best practices;
  • Administer and evolve corporate systems based on TOTVS RM, including modules such as Fluig and Labore (payroll), etc.;
  • Lead technology projects, including BI initiatives, process automation (RPA), and data governance;
  • Establish and maintain IT policies and governance, ensuring compliance with internal and external audits;
  • Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency;
  • Provide nationwide operational support;
  • Drive continuous improvement of technology processes and support to internal departments.

Requirements

  • Strong people management and development skills;
  • Structured organization and planning;
  • Experience with management rituals and ongoing follow-up;
  • Strong communication and relationship skills across different organizational levels;
  • Ability to bridge technical and business areas;
  • Experience with IT infrastructure;
  • Knowledge of TOTVS RM ERP, including modules such as Fluig and Labore;
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure;
  • Technology project management experience;
  • Experience in Business Intelligence (BI);
  • Knowledge of process automation (RPA);
  • Experience with IT governance and policies;
  • Experience managing technology vendors;
  • Experience with IT audits and controls;
  • Intermediate English.
