About the role
- Reporting to the Store Manager
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and execute efforts to achieve individual sales targets
- Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement
- Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
- Deliver an elevated client experience and foster a customer-first mindset to build long-term client relationships
- Act as a brand ambassador, embody brand values and educate customers on sustainability
- Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and NPS scoring
- Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls and contribute to loss prevention
- Uphold time and attendance policy and maintain a professional, healthy, productive work environment
- Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards and make product easily accessible
- Communicate product feedback to improve product and merchandising
Requirements
- Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
- Driven approach and self-motivation for work and career
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, weekends included
- Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required)
- Wage $18.00 per hour
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
