Own seasonal OTB, top-line revenue, margin, and profitability goals; reforecast regularly and advocate for capital allocation.
Leverage customer and market insights to identify white space opportunities, shape assortment strategies, and influence design direction.
Develop a global line plan that balances fashion newness, programs, and carryforward styles; oversee lifecycle management and replenishment strategies for evergreen categories.
Partner cross-functionally with design, planning, production, supply chain, marketing, eCommerce, and retail to drive sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing merchandising team; provide clear goals, coaching, and professional development.
Oversee weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting on sales, inventory, and margin and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Represent merchandising in senior leadership forums and communicate merchandising strategies and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Champion innovation and process improvements that enhance productivity and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
8–10 years of merchandising/buying experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Strong analytical skills, including expertise in merchandise planning, OTB management, and financial modeling.
Deep experience in Women’s Apparel, preferably across both e-commerce and retail channels.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
Strong strategic, financial, and product acumen.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
Customer-obsessed, with a sharp eye for product and trends relevant to Reformation’s brand and consumer.
