• Establish the financial foundation of the company, enabling efficient scaling and partnering with leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
• Own core finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, expense management, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Partner with leadership to manage financial models, scenario analyses, and KPIs guiding company strategy and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulations and implement strong internal controls.
• Evaluate and implement finance tools/systems to support company growth.
• Prepare materials for fundraising, board meetings, and investor updates.
